organized by AICTE and Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Pharmacy, Janakpuri,New Delhi.

This National seminar is being organized to share the views about pharmaceutical
education among scientists, teachers, students and communities at one platform for the benefit
of the society. The said Programme will focus mainly on key areas in Pharmacology:
Pharmacotherapeutics, Pharmacovigilance, Drug Utilization, Clinical Research ; Medicinal
Chemistry : Drug Discovery and Design; Pharmaceutical Technology : Pharmacokinetics,
Pharmacodynamics, Drug Metabolism, Biotechnology & Biotherapeutics, NDDS;
Pharmacognosy : Phytopharmaceuticals & Natural Products; Quality Assurance : Drug
Regulatory Affairs & Intellectual Property Rights; Pharmacy Education ; Pharmacy Practice;
Community Pharmacy ; Hospital Pharmacy; Rational Drug Therapy etc… The emphasis will
be on latest trends, challenges, opportunities and national interest in Pharmaceutical Sciences
and will further strengthen and enrich existing knowledge, new concepts, research based skills
and managerial capabilities of participants.

Call for abstracts and Registration fee:
Participants are heartily invited for poster presentation on key areas mentioned above. Interested
may submit the abstracts by email till 6th August 2011 at msip.aicteseminar@gmail.com. The
scientific committee will review all the abstracts. For all accepted papers, registration of presenting
author is essential. Each author is entitled to submit only one paper as presenting author. Registration
details are as under:

Registration fees is to be paid through demand draft only in favour of “ Maharaja Surajmal
Institute of Pharmacy, payable at New Delhi ”. For PAPER PRESENTERS specifically for their
publication of abstracts, duly filled in registration form (given in next page) with DD should reach till
6th August 2011. Early response will be favoured for registration.
Instructions for Poster Presentation:
· Poster should be prepared in landscape format. Text should be presented in English.
· The area provided will be 3 ft. Length X 2 ft. Breadth for each poster.
· The title of poster (in bold) should cover full width of the poster.
· The name (s) of the authors, address (es) should be written below the title.
· One author can present only one poster.
· Figures and diagrams must be simple and self explanatory.
· The presenting author must be present during session and get registered as delegate.
Last Date for online submission of abstracts: 6th August 2011.
